Seafront home with unobstructed views of the shoreline in charming Jonstorp. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms, open kitchen and living area — ideal for families or friends seeking a peaceful coastal escape. Located along the Skåneleden trail with direct access to nature and the sea. Enjoy sunrises, fresh sea air and a private outdoor space in a calm, scenic setting. The space The property has three bedrooms and two living areas. The ground floor consists of: - one bedroom with a kingsized bed, - a fully equipped kitchen with a round table for 6, - a larger living room with a fireplace and several sofas, - a dining area to seat 6 individuals, - a 70' inch smart tv with the latest tv apps, - a small storage room, - a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub which will be made available for larger bookings (6 guests). The first floor consists of: - bedroom one with two single beds with a small closet and one bedtable, - bedroom two has a queen sized bed, - a toilet with shower, - a larger living space with a large sofa, an additional bed sofa of 140cm wide, and a fantastic view over the Skälderviken Bay. To accommodate children in our property, we have 3 folding beds with thin mattresses. Adults may use these, however not recommended. Guest access There is a large parking space in front of the house that easily fits 3 cars. You may have access to the roofed terrace room in the backgarden for social evenings. The fence on the lower side of the garden opens towards the rocky shoreline. We have an inflatable kayak (Itiwit) that can be rented for an additional fee. You will get two lifejackets, paddles and equipment to inflate and deflate the kayak. For details, please let us know. Other things to note The property lies on the 9km hiking route (Skåneleden -'SL5') between Jonstorp and Arild. You'll pass several nice cafe's to grab a coffee and fika. One of our favourites and places we can recommend is called: 'Flickorna Lundgren' who offer freshly baked goods during the season. For wine tasting, visiting 'Södåkra Vingård' during the summer months may/should be added to your itinerary. A little bit further west lies Kullaberg and Mölle, which have very beautiful sceneries over the Sound. The Skåneleden hiking trail continues here further south towards Höganäs/Helsingborg. Tips for dining: - Mona Lisa pizzeria - Svanshalls Krog - Brandstation Jonstorp - Tunneberga Gästgifvardgård Your closest Ica supermarket is in Jonstorp and a much larger one called Citigross in Höganäs. The property does not have a charging station for your car. We do recommend that you charge it in Höganäs which is about a 10 minute drive. Your cleaning fee will include bedlinen and towels.
