1 - 3 rooms, bathroom, kitchenette for your own use

Ground floor: kitchenette with stairs to the open upper floor = 1 bed (140 x 200), 1 single bed. For bookings of up to 3 people, these two rooms and the bathroom are offered for your own use. For 4 or more people, there is also room no. 2, passage room to the bathroom with sofa bed (140 x 200), 1 single bed, 1 single sofa bed. From 7 people there is a third, small room with a bed 140 x 200 cm. The listed rooms are always for the guests' own use. The space There is a washing machine in the bathroom. I also use this from Monday to Friday, but by arrangement and not when the guests are here. I don't want to disturb the guests. It is an older property at the end of the village. It has a large meadow next to the house, which can be used as a parking lot (max. 6 cars). Also suitable for campers. There is no parking except on the meadow. The house is old but functional and the price is therefore also affordable. For an additional charge of CHF 50 per stay, 3 people can also use room no. 2 (passage room) or small rooms. This can be agreed with me in advance. I also have 2 single mattresses if you want them to be used in the rented premises. Guest access Access to the guest rooms is via a separate front door - i.e. private entrance. During your stay Of course, I am always available to my guests for information, assistance, etc. Guests have separate access to their premises so they can also completely withdraw if they wish. Other things to note Since the washing machine was broken twice within a year, guests can no longer wash themselves. However, you can give me laundry to wash. The costs for this can be seen on the information sheet in the kitchen. In addition, there are several laundromats in Konstanz (10 minutes by car) where guests can also do their own laundry. Quiet hours are from Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 1:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am - Sundays all day/night
