Steps away from the Military Ridge Trail, enjoy country living as well as the amenities of nearby small town and city (Madison, 30 min) life. Easy access to Epic (12 min), the Alliant Energy Center (25 min), the Monona Terrace (30 min), and Tyrol Basin (14 min) for expos and events. This is a private upstairs apartment unit. You will have complete privacy in your living space. Our family lives in the downstairs unit, so there may be some noise (small children) depending on when you are staying with us. You will need to climb a full set of stairs to get to the second floor unit. You will have access to the full upstairs unit as well as the attached porch, driveway/parking area, and yard. You can also enjoy peaceful walks or bike rides (we do not have any bikes available for use at this time) on the nearby Military Ridge Trail. We live in the downstairs unit and are usually available to help with any issues within 24 hours. We will keep to ourselves unless needed and will respect your privacy throughout your stay. Small town between three suburbs of Madison, Wisconsin. Close to amenities but with a country feel. Just a few doors down from the Military Ridge Trail, which is great for walking, biking, and enjoying nature. The unit is located on a county highway frequented by semis and commuters. There is some noise from this throughout the day, but not constantly. Parking is an open air driveway and parking area in the rear of the house. Passenger vehicles will fit in the parking area, but larger vehicles/trailers will be able to park on the road in front of the house. Conveniently located on a county highway just 10 minutes from a US highway, we are easy to get to and it is easy to get where you want to go!
