You will check in first to receive our parking pass The space BEDROOM AREA: Open layout throughout - Furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed. Bedding is cleaned for every guest. There is (1) queen-sized bed for two people. There is a Roku Smart TV in the bedroom BATHROOM: Fresh, clean towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash are also provided. A hairdryer is also available. KITCHEN: Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen to cook and store food in the fridge. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots, pans, and other miscellaneous cooking tools. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee (regular, flavored, decaf) sugar, provided for guests. LIVING ROOM AREA: Living room has a Smart TV Plenty of seating in the living room with a large, comfy couch and a large chair. A nice Dining Table also doubles as an excellent workstation and has seating for 6 people. In addition, there is a 2nd Queen-sized bed and (1) sofa bed (NOTE: Furniture elements shown in images are subject to change) Guest access The entire loft unit is available for you and your guests during your reservation stay. You will have access to the internet with WI-FI, Kitchen, and SmartTV with ROKU offering Netflix, ESPN, Disney+, YouTube, and TV channels via the Tubi, CNN, Fox Sports, Univision, TNT & the Pluto Apps You will receive all Check In information via our GUEST PORTAL PAGE accessible on your cell phone. Located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, this apartment is within walking distance to many of the restaurants, cocktail bars, nightclubs, theaters and shops that cluster around Downtown San Diego - There is music at night like any urban entertainment district. The SD Convention Center and Petco Park are minutes away. Other things to note OUR PET POLICY You are welcome to bring your pet dog or cat. We do charge a simple $50/pet extra cleaning fee (Service Animals included). This cleaning fee is charged to give additional attention to the unit upon departure. This avoids any potential allergic reaction from the next guest(s). Your pet(s) are able to be walked around the block as needed. The fee can be paid upon Check-In.
