Commercial activities — including filming, photography, influencer content, brand promotions, or events — cannot be booked through Airbnb. For commercial shoots, please contact us directly through Peerspace. Guest access Welcome to SALT & SEA SANCTUARY – a peaceful, well-organized retreat with smartlock access. You'll have full use of the entire home, including the private pool and backyard. Guests can use the 4 available closets for personal items (one hallway closet stays locked). Most visitors drive or rent a car to explore the area. Free parking is available in front of the house, and if the garage is open, feel free to park inside! Other things to note Important Notes for Your Stay at SALT & SEA SANCTUARY Extended Stays: Bookings over 28 days require bi-monthly cleanings ($120–$180, guest-paid) and a $750 security deposit via Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Allergies: We aim to keep the home hypoallergenic, but the sofa and some pillows contain down. Pool Heating: Available upon request. Short stays: $65/day + one-time $25 activation fee. Longer stays: Billed based on propane usage. Safety: Includes fire extinguishers, hurricane-proof windows, and fire inspection compliance. Vintage Touch: Original 1959 terrazzo floors show normal wear. Climate Control: Smart thermostat (adjustable between 69–80°F). Wildlife & Pests: Florida homes may encounter bugs or wild animals (e.g. lizards, raccoons, iguanas). We have regular pest control. Report sightings via Airbnb messages. No Parties, Events, or Commercial Use: Per Airbnb policy, parties, loud music, photo shoots, video shoots, events, or commercial use are not allowed and will result in cancellation and loss of booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Before Check-in: If a Category 1+ storm is projected in our area 48+ hours before your stay, we may cancel and refund per Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy. During Your Stay: If a storm watch is issued, we may ask you to leave early for safety. Pro-rated refunds will be provided. Guests are responsible for evacuation plans. Communication may be affected during weather events, but we’ll do our best to stay in touch. For Families The home is family-friendly but not child-proof.
