Cozy ground-floor space on the edge of Dordrecht’s city center. Stylishly furnished and recently fully renovated. Part of a characteristic 1930s townhouse. Comfortable living room and a spacious bedroom with a wonderful king-size bed. The rooms are separated by original en-suite doors with stained glass. Pleasant bathroom, separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Access to the garden. One free bicycle available. (The accommodation is not suitable for children) The space Through the entrance with vestibule, you enter a charming hallway leading to the living room and bedroom, separated by original 1930s en-suite doors with beautiful stained glass. The apartment combines character with comfort. The spacious bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (180x200) and a quiet ceiling fan for extra comfort. French doors provide access to the garden (shared use), where you can relax and unwind. The modern bathroom includes a shower and sink. Towels, hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided. There is also a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (11 kg). You will also find a coffee machine (Senseo and Dolce Gusto), kettle, toaster and basic spices. Additional amenities include a safe, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Shutters keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. The apartment has been recently fully renovated and is equipped with everything you need. Just bring your suitcase and groceries and enjoy a relaxing, carefree stay! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire accommodation and can enjoy a peaceful stay. There is also access to the garden (shared), a lovely place to relax. Other things to note To help make your stay as comfortable as possible, here are a few practical details: Upon arrival, I may ask you to show a valid ID. The apartment is located on the ground floor. There are two steps at the entrance; a handrail is available for extra support. The apartment is best suited for adults, and there are no facilities for (young) children. Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals. A supermarket (Dirk) is located just 5 minutes away. I live next to the accommodation and am usually nearby if you have any questions or need assistance. Dordrecht is centrally located: cities such as Rotterdam (±20 min), Breda (±30 min) and Amsterdam (±70 min) are easy to reach by train. For everyone’s safety, the doorbell is equipped with a camera.
