Perfect location on Edwardian street between Tynemouth beaches and iconic Fish Quay, as well as a short hop to Newcastle. There is a lovely park at the end of the road. The flat has two bedrooms and a sofa bed so is spacious, though ideal for couples or 2-3 friends. Parking is free and there is a lockbox to let yourself in. There is a private yard for outside space. The flat is my home so is well furnished with everything you might need as well as all your basics like oil, salt and pepper etc. The space The flat is a classic layout specific to the local area, a 'Tyneside flat', which are pairs of flats in Victorian terraces designed with separate front doors. They first appeared in the 1870s and you can look up their history if interested! The front door has stairs leading straight up to the upper flat and hallway, off which there are both bedrooms and the living room. The living room has sofa bed, hanging chair and dining table with two chairs, and the TV. The living room leads onto the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and there are stairs leading down from the kitchen to the private back yard.
