Designed to be cozy and bright, this centrally-located Chalet is nestled between Higgins and Houghton Lakes located in a quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to nearby attractions. South Higgins State Park, Marl Lake, Cross Country Skiing, Golf, ORV and Snow Mobile trails all nearby. The Cozy Chalet boasts a large wrap around deck and beautiful landscaping easily accessed by 2 large sliding doors off the open floor plan. The wooded lot creates privacy to enjoy time with friends and family. The space Sleeping: The main floor bedroom is tranquil with a king bed and lots of storage. The upstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds and a smart TV with an attached lounging area in the loft. The loft also has a pull out sofa that coverts to a full size bed. Living: The downstairs open floor plan creates a large enough space for everyone to hang out. Two doors open onto the large deck creating the perfect indoor/outdoor living and dining spaces. Lots of windows provide views of the wooded lot across the street, where you can often see deer strolling by. Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped; all cooking supplies needed including an instant pot, air fryer, and lot of pots and pans. The coffee pot is dual providing regular drip coffee as well as a Keurig option. We also supply coffee, tea, lots of spices and cooking oils. A large pantry provides storage for your groceries. A newly remodeled bathroom and large laundry room complete the house. Guest access Full access to the house via lock box. We do not allow parking in the garage and there is one locked owners closet guests do not have access to. Other things to note I love this house so much and am thrilled to share it with you.
