UPSTAIRS: The upstairs living room overlooks the golf course and the San Juan Mountains just outside the sliding glass doors and onto the back deck. Wake up early and enjoy the sunrise while sipping your coffee in one of our outdoor chairs. Grab the remote and turn on the fireplace constructed from native stone and count the resident Mule Deer meandering through the back yard. This is a great gathering spot to start or end the day with your group. Plenty of seating awaits you in this room on the large leather sofa, buffalo plaid chair, fireplace hearth or ottomans. Equipped with ROKU TV for an abundance of channels. Feel free to log into your TV apps during your stay. There are two beautiful dining tables on opposite sides of the kitchen each seating 8, along with the bar top with 4 swivel bar stools so you can easily spread out. The kitchen has every amenity imaginable for whipping up gourmet meals for a crowd or packing up lunches for your daily outings. You will find plenty of place settings, table linens, placemats, serving trays, silverware, knives, glasses, mugs, and BBQ utensils. The coffee bar comes complete with a Keurig and large Cuisinart coffee machine. A full bath is located down the hall from the living room and across from the full room and queen room. This bathroom has a full tub/shower combo, a makeup mirror, and a blow dryer. The Full Room is just what you need for two little people complete with games to play and books to read on the plush rug. Pack the clothing away in the dresser, hang on the bar or store it all in the basket that slide under the bed. This room is small and sweet just for the wee ones. it sits directly across from the hall bathroom and is next the an elegant queen room and master. The upstairs queen room sits at the end of the hall next to the full room and across from the master. This room has a beautiful leather headboard with nightstands and a matching tall dresser. The luxurious bed cover will definitely keep you cozy on cold nights. All closets have extra blankets and a luggage rack to unpack and get settled. The Master Suite is like being at a spa complete with a fireplace. After unpacking in the walk in closet, click on the fireplace or watch another ROKU TV. Enjoy a luxurious shower experience complete with three shower heads including a waterfall shower. Warm your feet on the heated floors in the bathroom as well as the shower, and don't forget to turn on the heated towel bar. Sneak off to the hot tub from your direct access to the upper deck. Open the curtain at night to gaze at the stars from your gorgeous King iron bed and wake up to the sun cresting the San Juan's for an unforgettable morning. DOWNSTAIRS: The downstairs living/media room features a huge smart TV and a vast lounging area so everyone can watch movies, or play one of the many puzzles or games. The sliding glass door brings you right out to the large deck and hot tub. There is a video arcade table with over 400 games loaded. The Wet Bar is well-appointed with a glass door refrigerator and bar sink. The cabinets contain everything a professional mixologist would require. The King Room offers a quiet working area with desk if you must work or do online schooling, or relax and watch another ROKU TV. After a day at the slopes or trails another stunning iron bed awaits you. This room is equipped with a tucked away full size crib. Down the hall, just off the media room is a guest bath with walk in shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. Two more queen rooms are located on this level. Both put together with beautiful wooden beds and nicely decorated. A dresser is provided in one room and shelves in the closet are in the other. Both closets are large and have luggage racks. Each room has a sliding door leading to the deck and hot tub. There's a second guest bath for both queen rooms with plenty of towel storage and hooks. This bathroom has a walk in shower, makeup mirror and hair dryer. The newly renovated laundry room has an oversized washer and drier, utility sink, and a fold down ironing board with iron, and hanging rod. An additional dryer is located in the garage for ski clothes. The garage has room for two cars with a drain for melting snow. Take your sleds up to Wolf Creek Pass or head downtown to Reservoir Hill. Bring all the food you want and use the extra side by side refrigerator or keep some extra ice in the freezer. Two large trash cans are provided but need to stay inside except on trash days.
