Enjoy exploring what the Mat-Su Valley has to offer (especially Hatcher Pass) and then retreat here for a quiet and cozy night amidst trees and wildlife. The space This is a single-family residence on acreage with modern amenities and two separate bedrooms. Guest access The house with large yard and patio are yours to enjoy, but please don't wander off the property and down the dirt road in either direction as it is a privately maintained driveway access for other family members and their homes. Other things to note This is my main residence and only available for select dates during the summer. As stated in other areas, it is nestled on a historical family homestead, so respect for the neighbors' privacy is very important.
