The living room has windows overlooking the trees and features an attached office. Curl up on the sofa (that will open up to a futon if needed) and stream your favorite movie or series on the 43" Roku HD TV. Or grab a board game, puzzle or book from the bookcase and relax for a spell. When it's time for bed head to the bedroom and close the blinds and window darkening curtains and sprawl out on the new queen size memory foam mattress. Continue your TV watching with yet another Roku HD TV. If you'd prefer a relaxing soak before bed the unit has a huge bathroom with a full tub. Also located in the bathroom is a full laundry including washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes steamer and a drying rack. Other things to note We have deer wandering our neighborhood from time to time as we are very close to the green space surrounding Doan Brook. Although the deer may come very close to you, we recommend avoiding contact with them. You may encounter a mama who could feel threatened if you approach her while her fawn(s) are nearby. Deer will raise up and kick or stomp as a defensive maneuver. This may result in injury. We advise just observing and appreciating our furry friends. Depending on the time of year, you may get a glimpse of a tiny fawn or a normally reclusive stag as a special treat!
