The place offers all resort style amenities with the comfort of a home away from home to enjoy and relax. Enjoy your vacation at the outdoor private spa, have a nice homemade meal in the outdoor terrace, or let others take care of you in the resort restaurant in front of the pool, while kids enjoy the slides and resort activities. Disney parks are 10 min away! The space Only 3 miles from Disney, this beautiful home offers a large living room with pull out sofa bed, dining area, kitchen with cookware and dinnerware, private jacuzzi, en-suite master bedroom with private balcony, en-suite guest bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms total. Up to 10 guests can be comfortably accommodated in this spacious townhouse. Washer and dryer in the unit to make your stay easier. Fantastic resort with Bar, Children’s pool, Clubhouse, Convenience store, Fitness center, Lakes, Restaurant, Swimming pools, Waterslides, Tennis Courts Free parking included with your stay. Kitchen equipped with Ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Small appliances such as: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender Guest access The entire house will be at your disposal as well as the amenities of the resort such as Bar, Children’s pool, Clubhouse, Convenience store, Fitness center, Lakes, Restaurant, Swimming pools, Waterslides, Tennis Courts Free parking included with your stay. The swimming pool complex is operational every day from dawn until dusk. Reception is open 24hrs. Please note that the resort may make a charge for the use of sports, health and/or club facilities. To ride the waterslides one should be 48” or taller. Please go to front desk to ask for an ID card to get access to Pool area and Fitness center. Other things to note Guests will be asked for valid ID at the security guard to check-in and gate code will be provided after. Early check-in may be available, if bookings permit, send me a message to know about the fees. All Linen and towels are provided. House supplies are provided enough to get you started. Please respect all rules of our community, you will find them posted around the common areas of the resort. This is a self-catered house, as a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, laundry detergent for a load, liquid dish soap, a couple of loads of dishwasher detergent for the machine. To avoid any issue with tampering we do not leave any food item at the house, including salt and pepper. We had problems in the past with guests mixing spices and the next guest complained. To avoid any more serious contamination we do not leave anything food-related at the house. You will get a message with your Check-in and Check-out Instructions after Reservation is made, a few days prior to your arrival. The amenities are managed by Association Property Management, and from time to time they do require maintenance and may not be available. This is beyond our control. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities/amenities are under maintenance during your stay. No refunds will be given in this event.
