Quiet apartment next to the stream

Lean back and relax – in my quiet, stylish accommodation - next to the sound of the stream, idyllic hills of the Mostviertel and lots of sunshine. The apartment is located in an old forge house and is surrounded by cozy hiking trails, clear lakes and cultural cities. A communal garden with barbecue is around the house. Plenty of room for coziness. Come and relax in Ybbsitz. The space The 80 sqm top floor apartment alternates between new and old building style. The anteroom, toilet, kitchen and living room are in the new building style with low ceilings. A long corridor to two other rooms, as well as a bathroom (again with toilet) connects the apartment with an old building charm, which you otherwise only know from Vienna. The bedroom has a beautiful, large windowsill overlooking a horse meadow where you can read in the morning sun or have a coffee to start the day comfortably. Guest access The entire apartment including parking in front of the apartment is at your disposal. I will not be there during your stay (: Other things to note The apartment is surrounded by the Prolling wild stream, is located directly on the Schmiedemeile and the Prochenberg can be climbed directly from the apartment in about 2.5 hours to 1123 meters. A small idyllic goldfish pond is a 5-minute walk away and invites you to relax. Furthermore, you can go hiking in the Ötschergräber and in the Mariazeller Land. The new Ybbstal bike path (towards Lunz am See, Hollenstein, Opponitz, Waidhofen an der Ybbs) is also very close. Old craft cultures are upheld and lived on here, so blacksmiths, carvers and young artists can be found in the immediate vicinity. Unique blacksmith treasures, metal avant-garde and land art can be discovered in and around the place. Workshops & courses are offered. Ybbsitz is known for its blacksmith festivals, of which the blacksmith Christmas is a special highlight of the year. Culinary highlights in Ybbsitz: In the restaurant Kiwi you can enjoy delicious ribs, burgers and vegetarian delicacies. Cafe Molterer offers fine breakfast, homemade bread and tarts in a beautiful guest garden. At the Lietz shop you can drink delicious coffee in the guest garden, stroll through the concept store or have your bikes serviced. Most recently, there is also a 24-hour regional shop that specializes in game meat from the region.
