Just a block and a half to 18th St plethora of dining, coffee shops, grocery, shopping, public transportation.. all just steps away. Property boasts high ceilings, exposed brick (shellac coated), crown moldings, hardwood floors, original wood trim around windows. Minimalistic designed (simplistic, clean lines). Total of 3 bedrooms: -Master BR with a queen bed and master bathroom attached. -Second bedroom with a full size bed and private balcony -Third bedroom is a den-size bedroom with a twin bunk bed. It is located on the main level of the rowhouse (same level as living room and dining room). This third bedroom has a twin bunkbed. (Pls note Twin Upper bunk beds have a weight max limit of approx 200 lbs (pounds) by default. However, we recommend no persons with weight above 175lbs to sleep on upper bunk for additional precautions. -Fourth bed is a twin portable rolling bed in the master bedroom. Total of 2.5 baths in this rowhouse. -Full bath (standing shower) in master bedroom. -Full bath with tub in the second bathroom -Half bath on main level (no shower or bath) Well appointed, fully stocked kitchen. PARKING: The property is in prime DC and street parking may be limited so we highly recommend either taking the metro or ride shares (Uber, Lyft, taxi etc).
