Scout out the perfect roof-tops and Broadway honky-tonks before the crowds show up, then walk back and regroup at the condo which features three memory foam beds before staging your fun-filled live music downtown adventure . . . . . on your way, maybe add some of my favorites: Coffee at Crema, Brunch at Cafe’ Intermezzo, or the new Food Assembly Hall @ 5th and Broadway for a ridiculous amount of options ! Guest access This is a one bedroom one bath condo, approximately 800 ft.² — The guest will have the full condo 100% to themselves (this is not a shared space. Only the guest will have access during their stay. I change the door code between every guest.)
