Stair use for family room The space Main floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a king and another with a queen and master bathroom. The dining room is upstairs next to the kitchen. Downstairs has the family room with sectional couch and the bedroom has a queen bed.. Laundry and 2nd bathroom are downstairs. Guest access The whole house is yours to relax and unwind. Backyard and front yard/ side yard can be used. Garage is yours to park in, if your vehicle fits. We have a pack n play for you to use (please consult online manufacturer manual for safety info) we cannot be held responsible for use of the pack and play. Other things to note The family room Is downstairs, please do not rent if stairs are a problem. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. It’s a quiet neighborhood, please respect the neighbors.
