Welcome to your Houston bungalow retreat! Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a sparkling pool and located 10 min to Downtown and The Heights. One-block to the metro rail for easy commuting Downtown, Ballpark, UH, Med Center, Museum District, Hermon Park, sports stadiums, etc. Walking distance to neighborhood coffee shop, restaurant, and bar. The space Neighborhood: Located in the quiet and peaceful Lindale Park neighborhood, 10 min east of the Heights and 10 min north of Downtown. One block easy walk to metro rail red line. Walking distance to A 2nd Cup Coffee Shop for breakfast, grab a drink and bite at Monkey's Tail or Gagootz, walking distant or short drive to Teotihuacan for Mexican food, quick drive to Pinkerton's for bbq, explore the Original Houston's Farmer's Market and more. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is downstairs with king bed and en suite bathroom, tv in room. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with queen bed, tv in room. Bedroom 3 is upstairs with two twin beds. These beds are comfy and cozy! Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is located in the primary bedroom and has a walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 is located upstairs across the hall from bedrooms and has soaking tub and shower. 1/2 Bathroom is located downstairs. Outdoor Area/Pool: Cool off in the pool during the summer, relax in the hot tub on cooler days, swim some laps, splash with the kids, be a kid at heart. The backyard is accessible and enjoyable year-round. Lounge by the firepit, gather around the patio table, grill your favorite meal, have fun in the pool. (Hot tub heating is available upon request, additional fee will apply. Hot tub is not available during quiet hours unless pre-approved.) Kitchen and Dining: Open concept kitchen and dining room greet you when you enter the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, pots and pans, utensils, blender, filtered water, coffee maker (pod and drip), tea kettle, adult & kid friendly dishes, dish towels, cloth napkins, placemats, etc. Enjoy eating inside at the kitchen island and dining table or head outside to grill and dine al fresco on the back deck. Living Room/TV Room: Tucked away off the dining area, the tv room is a comfortable spot to relax with your favorite shows or movies on the large smart tv or hang out and play games. Amenities: linens/towels, wifi, central heating and air conditioning, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, hair dryer, games and kid toys. Highchair and pack n play available upon request Parking: The driveway fits 2 cars tandem and there is also street parking available. Please note: We have exterior cameras around the house in the front and back for safety, liability, and security. Guest access Guests will have access to entire property, except the backyard storage shed and small owner's closet. Other things to note Hot tub heating is available on request, additional fee may apply. We ask guests to message us to request heating at least 12 hours in advance. HOUSE RULES - No parties or events - No additional guests without prior approval (max 6 people) - Our minimum age requirement for renters is 25 years - No pets/animals of any kind, we have an exemption due to severe allergies. There will be an additional charge of $200 for deep cleaning if there is an animal in the house. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We are in a quiet neighborhood and ask that our guests be respectful of neighbors. - No candles - it's a fire hazard - Pool is used at your own caution - No smoking inside the home - there will be a charge of $500 for any smoking Thank you!
