Only 2-hours from Mumbai and Pune, this 6-bedroom villa for corporate retreats, party celebrations, reunions and milestone events is where luxury meets all-things-fun! - This Villa can accommodate 18 people for overnight stay. - Being one of the best villas in Karjat, it has an entrance no less than a red carpet. You are greeted by a well-lit driveway which is flanked by trees on both sides that would transport you instantly away from the chaos of city life to a place of relaxation and rejuvenation. For all the fitness enthusiasts, there is a 1km private track dotted with beautiful flowering trees around this luxury villa in Karjat where you can go for your routine morning walk, a pleasant evening stroll or cycle around while soaking in the tranquility and peace of the mountains that surround the estate. - This luxury villa in Karjat is decorated with sleek interiors and modern colors. At the main door, a small flight of stairs (4-steps) leads you to one of the biggest living rooms you would have ever seen! French windows adorn the left side of the living area that opens up to the outdoor swimming pool, palm trees and lush green lawns. There are 2 massive seating areas in this rich and colossal living room where you can play some Bollywood hits on the music system. - Further ahead, there is an 8-seater dining area for you to enjoy a hearty meal which consists of our specially curated menu. Delight in every bite - you can relish a mix of some very delicious cuisines made by our experienced chef. Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are prepared in 2 separate kitchens. - Let the games begin to the right of the living area where there is a well-appointed corner to challenge your friends to a game of Jenga or Scrabble. Want to play something a little more competitive, then how about a game of table tennis? - This elderly-friendly villa has 4 opulent bedrooms on the ground floor with ensuite bathrooms, 3 bedrooms on the right side and 1 bedroom in the corner beside the stairs. Located amidst nature, all the bedrooms have beautiful garden views. In the monsoon season, wake up to the soft pitter-patter of the rains or a gentle breeze carrying the chirping of birds. - A staircase leads you to a massive terrace on the first floor that has the most gorgeous unfiltered views of the mountains. Enjoy some morning yoga, dance the night away under the stars or bond with your colleagues or family, this terrace can easily accommodate all your loved ones. There are khatiyas on the terrace where you can sip your tea as you breathe in the fresh air and watch your worries dissipate. There are 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) on either side of the staircase where you can crash after a night full of fun and memories. And if this terrace falls short (which we don’t think it will), there is yet another terrace on the second floor which provides 360-degree views of the premises and of course, the foggy mountains. - The outdoor private swimming pool in the backyard with a patio is perfect for pool parties! A walkway from the pool leads you to a spacious gazebo which is entirely surrounded by greenery and an organic farm full of mango trees, watermelons, bhindi, lauki and so much more. - To ensure your staycation experience is perfect in every sense, our Property Manager, supervisors and professionally trained local caretakers will ensure you are pampered through and through, and of course, spoiled for choice! Guests can access all indoor and outdoor spaces except the kitchen. We have a good cook at the villa to take care of all your meal requirements so sit back and enjoy! Guests can access the kitchen for cooking baby meals for infants. There is a caretaker onsite to take care of all requirements. - Enjoy a nature’s trail on the 10-acre premises which is completely enveloped in trees. - Fitness enthusiasts - feel at home as you won’t miss your morning routine even on vacations. Choose to cycle around and explore more or rejuvenate amidst nature while enjoying your daily stroll. - There is a Gaushala near the premises. Entry is allowed for upto 10 minutes. - Plan a day trip to Matheran which is only 45 minutes from the villa. 4 cars can be parked on site. - Your furry babies are welcomed here! There are also 2 Dobermans on the premises that reside in the staff quarters. In case of any inconvenience, please alert the caretaker. - We truly believe that families should bond during vacations. That’s why there is only 1 TV in the villa - in the 1st bedroom on the ground floor. - The farmhouse is completely enveloped with nature on all sides. Given such a location, insects and creepy crawlies are quite common towards dusk. Guests are advised to shut all doors and windows post 5:30 pm. Guests are also advised to not walk barefoot on the lawns after 6pm. - All of our bedrooms are air-conditioned. However, the cool climate throughout the year is the perfect excuse the non operational ACs in the living room. - This private villa near Salt, Karjat is surrounded by a 1km jogging track and also has a cycle on the property. - Up to 4 cars can be parked on-site. -Genset usage is charged at Rs500 per hour. - The approach road could get a little bumpy, guests are advised to heed caution. Meal package rates are 1600 +gst per adult per night and Rs 1200+ gst per kid (6-11years) per night. This is for Veg and Non Veg meals; includes lunch after arrival, basic high tea, dinner and breakfast for the next day.
