It will fit a couple and a child comfortably. However, for three adults, it may be a bit too cozy even though we provide an extra air mattress. Guest access The guest is able to access the unit itself, the washer and dryer (garage), and the backyard (but not underneath the deck/patio). Other things to note We have an infant who doesn’t cry often or a lot, but babies do cry and even with our heavily insulated walls we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear any baby noise whatsoever. We’ll be providing earplugs on the off chance you may need it.
