HAPPY PLACE! Second-floor apartment with its own parking lot. Located inside a gated community with colonial-style houses. The gated community has security cameras, a doorman, and an electric gate. The apartment is full of windows so it's very bright. We are in one of the most beautiful areas of Guadalajara, just 3 blocks from the Glorieta Minerva. Surrounded by restaurants, offices, supermarkets, cafes, shops, etc. The space Meaning of COTO in Guadalajara: Closed condominium in a residential space with perimeter walls or fences, with restricted entrance, concierge and security cameras in common areas of the parking lot. The cotos have internal regulations. The apartment is located within a coto and has its own parking lot. The entrance is through an electric gate if by car or by pedestrian door. Upon arrival, you will be given the remote control and/or keys. House 18 is divided into apartments 1 and 2. Entrances are fully independent between one apartment and another. Apartment 2 is at the top. We hope you have a happy stay in this space designed and thought for you. Guest access The apartment has a living room / work area, half bathroom, kitchen, bar, laundry and ironing area, bedroom with closet and full bathroom, as well as its own parking lot. Other things to note Important. - Check-in time is after 9 am and check-out time is at 5 pm. - You have a parking space for your apartment, please respect the space. We don't have additional parking for visitors. If you decide to leave your car outside, we ask you to respect our neighbors' garages. - If you need a remote control for the vehicle entrance through the electric gate, please request it. You will be asked for a refundable deposit of $500.00 or to leave an Official ID (INE, Passport, etc.). - The apartment is delivered clean and with cleaning products in case guests need to use them. - For stays of less than one week, only cleaning after your departure is included. - For stays longer than 1 week, a mandatory weekly cleaning will be done at an extra cost of $200, which includes changing bed linen and towels. Please let us know two days in advance. House rules. * Medical Patients and/or Convalescences: Not accepted. * Use of drugs and weapons is prohibited, inside the apartment and the grounds. * Smoking: The whole house is smoke-free. For that we have a chair outside the house, where you can enjoy. * Parties and gatherings: Prohibited. * Animals: Pets are prohibited. There may be exceptions, please check with the host. * The apartment is inside a gated community, so we ask that you keep the volume down after 10 pm out of respect for others. * The decorative elements are to make your stay more pleasant, please do not move them.
