Perfect for families or small groups looking for somewhere light and spacious to stay in Bristol. A homely space with plenty of character and charm. The house is situated in the peaceful neighbourhood of St Anne's, which is only 2 miles from the city centre and Bristol TM station. It is surrounded by greenery, with St Anne's Woods opposite and the back gate leading out to the St Annes Park. The local pub is around the corner and serves delicious food + craft ale. The space A beautiful bright and cosy family home, full of interesting art, furniture and homeware. As this is our home, we only let it out occasionally, so don't expect empty cupboards and draws, we leave our precious belongings here and trust you will treat them with respect. If you are looking for a minimal and sterile rental house this is not for you, we offer a homely space, full of character and charm. We also ask you are quiet after 10pm, it is an old house with thin walls and we do not want guests disturbing our neighbours. It is not suitable for large groups or parties. Downstairs consists of a large-open plan sitting room and playroom with a wood burning stove and 43" TV. This has double glass doors leading onto a large modern open plan kitchen and dining area, which acts as the central focus of the house. Sunshine streams through the 3 sky lights above the kitchen table and another in front of the french doors, which leads to the garden. The kitchen has multiple areas to socialise in, from the farmhouse table (seating 8), to the stools within the island, to the sofa and chair by the french windows. There is a small but well-established garden, with a table and garden chairs, and a gate leading directly to the park. There is a downstairs loo under the stairs. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. One bedroom has a high bed with a mattress on the floor, suitable for kids or adults. The other kids room is a beautiful large and bright room with two single beds and finally we have a small guest room, which also doubles up as our office. The top floor is a beautiful loft conversion with amazing views onto the park, it has a kingside bed and an en-suite bathroom, consisting of shower, sink and toilet. Guest access You can access the entire house. Other things to note This is our family home, filled will all our precious belongings, so please do not expect an empty holiday rental. We will clear two large draws in the kitchen for your food and leave some space in the fridge, but you will need to work around our things.
