The interiors are bright and warm, and the panoramic windows in the living room and bedrooms open onto the designed garden, filling the space with light and greenery. In the cottages, we took care of comfort regardless of the season – available to guests: - air conditioning with cooling and heating function – both in the living room and in the bedrooms upstairs, - a private terrace overlooking the greenery – perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation, - spacious living room with LED TV, - fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, dishes and kitchen accessories, - two cozy bedrooms upstairs: the main one with a 160x200 bed, the other with 140x200 and 90x200 beds, - modern bathroom with a large, comfortable shower. - private, monitored parking space next to the cottage. Guest access The entire area of Piaski i Trawy has been designed for a peaceful, natural rest - both for families with children and groups of friends. We are surrounded by a beautiful garden designed by a designer, with a large, lush green lawn like a soft carpet. You can walk barefoot, spread a blanket, drink coffee outdoors or play with your child – no rush, no noise. Note – there is a serious risk that instead of going to the beach, you will stay here for the whole day. That's what happens with us. Often. :) Between the houses there is a space full of harmony: - each cottage has its own hammock, where you can hide with a book or just stare at the sky, - on the shared terrace there are additional hammocks and a large wooden table under the cloud – perfect for summer dinners and long conversations, - terraces by the houses with a roof in the form of sails create a cozy, private place for breakfast, coffee and evening wine, - a climatic place for a bonfire, where guests spend evenings in the warmth of the flames – laughing, telling stories and enjoying the moment. Additionally: - modern playground for children, - bicycle storage, - private, monitored parking space at each cottage, - fenced area full of greenery, ensuring privacy and security. In the immediate vicinity you will find: - Biedronka store (50 m), - Dinosaur Park (100 m), - Melex electric cars that will take you to the beach or to the center of Łeba in a few minutes – if you decide to leave the garden at all. :) Other things to note At check-in, we charge a refundable security deposit of 500 zł – of course, we pay it at checkout if the cottage is given in a non-deteriorated condition (and our guests are extremely attentive – thank you!). The city of Novęcin charges a tourist tax of 2.70 zł per person for each starting day of the stay – you pay the fee with us on the spot, and we transfer it to the office. We are happy to welcome dogs – the fee is PLN 60 per day for each four-legged guest. Note: Dogs don't want to go home either. We also offer laundry access. One laundry – including powder, rinse, and possible drying – costs 45 zł. Comfortable, fresh and stress free on vacation.
