House with shed, art and pool in Chacarita

This house is a unique example of the bohemian/industrial style of Chacarita, the most hipster neighborhood in Buenos Aires. It has three floors, a garden with a 12-meter-long pool, a terrace in the treetops, and a giant shed full of books and curiosities. Surrounded by the trendiest spots (Bar La Fuerza, Chui restaurant, Flea Market, theaters and design venues) The bedroom has its own balcony. CHECK AVAILABILITY FOR A SECOND BEDROOM. Guest access You can use all the common areas of the house During your stay I'm usually in the house but I'll also be available on my phone. Other things to note The house has 400 square meters indoors, plus a large patio with a swimming pool and a large terrace. There's plenty of room to enjoy.
