Air-conditioned accommodation with terrace – EBERSMUNSTER

We rent a 130 m² apartment, air-conditioned with terrace in our second home. Located in Ebersmunster, a small village with its baroque abbey and SILBERMANN organ. Municipality of central Alsace located 10 minutes from Sélestat, 30 minutes from Colmar and Strasbourg and close to the Wine Route. Various possibilities for tourist and historical outings (Humanist Library, Haut-Koenigsbourg), and fun outings (Europa Park in Rust 35 minutes away in Germany, canoeing, cycling...). The space It is composed of: - a large living room with equipped kitchen, - 3 bedrooms (1 with a king-size bed, 2 with a double bed and 1 extra single bed in the living room) – beds made on arrival, - a bathroom with walk-in shower & bathtub – towels available. ♦ CLEANING FEE The €50 "cleaning fee" includes: The fees cover the major cleaning of the house as well as the cleaning of bed linen and bath towels. We ask that you do the small cleaning: your dishes, take out your garbage... ♦ THE HOUSE We rent on Ebersmunster our fully equipped and air-conditioned 130 m² second home. → Main Floor: - Entrance through the garage allowing access to the apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floors → 1st floor - Entrance, - Beautiful living room with 2 sofas, TV, TV cabinet and extra single bed, - Beautiful kitchen furnished/equipped with all household appliances. (Such as fridge/freezer, oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Senseo) - Bay window with exit to terrace and view of fenced garden. - Separate toilet with hand basin. - 1 bedroom of 15 m²: a king size bed - 180 x 200 cm with dressing area (bed linen provided). - 1 bedroom of 10 m²: 1 double bed - 140 x 190 cm with 1 sliding closet (bed linen provided). - Beautiful bathroom with vanity, towel dryer, walk-in shower and bathtub (towels provided). → 2nd floor under the eaves: - 1 bedroom of 20 m²: 1 double bed - 140 x 200 cm with sliding closets, a toilet and a separate sink (bed linen provided). Exterior: - parking spaces on the main street 50 m away. - 20 m² terrace with garden furniture. The use of candles is strictly prohibited. No parties or events. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Shared garden - access tolerated but limited. The entire property is non-smoking (except for the terrace). No pets allowed. Guest access Access to the entire apartment and terrace. The garage is accessible for vehicles up to 4.5 m long. Other things to note Board games available. On request, we can provide various small appliances (griddle, raclette or fondue sets, party crêpe, etc.). Additional fees Upon your departure, if the accommodation is not cleared of your belongings and the regulatory cleaning has not been done by you, we will apply a cleaning/storage fee of €30/h.
