[Attention, there is no wifi in the listing] Apartment located in the city center, everything is nearby, perfect to be in the heart of Stéphanoic life! We will share the living area: bathroom, living room, kitchen. You'll have the space you need in the different cupboards of the home and you'll have access to everything you need to cook. Since this is a shared living situation, it won’t be just my responsibility to clean the apartment; it will be yours too! The space The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe with closet, shelves and drawers. I can add a small desk if needed, but the living room space is of course accessible. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment (except my room of course). During your stay I'm very busy with my work and won't be fully committed to a roommate lifestyle, but I'm not against sharing meals sometimes, for example ;) Reservations are offered for a maximum of one month but may be renewable depending on needs. Feel free to discuss it with me! Other things to note The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator access. The bedroom overlooks the square, cars do not circulate but you can hear the nightlife of Saint-Étienne and the trams when they circulate (double glazing that cuts out some noise but not completely). The room may not be for you if you are a very light sleeper.
