You are within an hour of outstanding south strand golf, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach. You are minutes from downtown Georgetown and fishing. Room to park your boat. as mentioned, you're close enough to downtown and just far enough away to feel very rural. not uncommon to have wild boar on the property. they are timid and take off. some back yard trails to explore. I make the laundry available on the first floor available to guests. you also have access to over 1000 square feet of farmers porches and decks for some crackers and cheese and your favorite wine. The pool is also available to guests. common spaces may be shared but it all works well I'm always available for questions and concerns via, FTF, cell phone or email. I work a lot outside the home so you have the place to yourself often. quiet and tranquil your car is the best way to go until I get a limo service.
