Beautiful - free parking - metro within walking distance

We bought and renovated our house in 2020. Our house is full of comforts and can accommodate 4 adults. Free parking in front of the door, metro is a 7-minute walk away, and you can reach the city center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes. We have a very nice kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hob with extraction, a Quooker, fridge/freezer and wine fridge. The space Ground floor: Small hall with coat rack and shoe cabinet, adjoining toilet with bidet seat. Open kitchen with cooking island and stools. Kitchen is equipped with every comfort, and we have many appliances available (air fryer, grill, etc.). Dining table with room for 8, sitting area with large TV + Netflix. First floor: 1 bedroom with large bed, 1 room with extra bed, folds out into a double bed. Basic bathroom with shower. >> The small bedroom is not accessible and has not been photographed. Second floor: >> Please only use the attic to do laundry. Guest access Entire house except 1 small bedroom. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we have a Ring camera doorbell that films the entrance.
