Comfortable & spacious modern villa with pool

Our comfortable and spacious villa is situated in a quiet, family friendly area ca 800m from the see. Bjärred is located ca 20km from Malmö and 12 from Lund so if you get bored ;) you can take a trip to town or why not a day trip to Copenhagen. 5 km from our home you will find a beautiful small local vineyard which you can easily reach by bike. There are many playgrounds, restaurants and food stores in the area. A shopping center is only 10 minutes by car. The space 2 large bedrooms with 180x200 king size beds, and one room with a single bed, here is also a extra mattress if needed. Large kitchen with kitchen-island and everything you need for your stay. Living/dining room offers plenty of space, a sofagroup for relaxed evenings by the fireplace and a generous dining area. A large bathroom with shower & bathtub and a smaller one with a shower. All rooms are equipped with new designer furniture. The toilets are newly renovated s well as the whole house. In the house you will also find a separate TV- room with a large comfortable sofa, which gives a great comfort, especially if the children want to watch a movie and their parents prefer to drink a glass of wine by the fireplace. This room and couch can also be used as an extra bedroom. We have a football, a basket and a lot of outdoor games and board games. A large and heated saltwater pool is also on the grounds and offers play and chilling.
