Beautiful apartment with lovely garden

In an unexpectedly beautiful spot in Hoorn, you will find Het Naberhuis – a stylish and comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts. Enjoy the wonderful garden and the beautiful view. And as an added bonus, the largest city beach in the Netherlands is within walking distance - you can be on the bridge to it in just 150 metres. A nice place for a walk, a drink at the pavilion or a breath of fresh air by the water. The Naberhuis is the perfect base for a relaxing stay in Hoorn. The space Welcome to Het Naberhuis – your own cozy place in Hoorn Thanks to another year full of sweet and enthusiastic guests, I have been able to make some nice innovations in 2025: there is a brand new TV and a comfortable garden set ready for you. Enjoy! What does the B&B look like? You have your own front door and enter your private cottage directly. In the hall, you will find the stairs to the bedroom on the right. Further on, the toilet is on the right and the bathroom is on the left. If you walk through, you will enter the bright kitchen. On the left is the living area, with a comfortable sofa and a dining area. The slanted windows provide a sea of light. Prefer some shade? Then lower the sunblind – but let the light flow in! Enjoy your own garden Through the French doors, you can step into your own garden, with a view of the green Landje van Naber and the dike. Relax on the lounge chairs or take a seat at the patio table with a cup of coffee or a good book. Want to get out and about? Walk to the dike and you will be at the new city beach in a few minutes – a nice extra! From the garden, you can walk to the right towards the park, De Hulk nature reserve and the beautiful West Frisian landscape. Sleep in peace At the top of the bedroom is a comfortable double bed by Swiss Sense. The blackout curtains ensure a dark, quiet night. And do you want to keep it cool during the day? Then the shutters on the outside can be lowered. Guest access During your stay, you have the entire cottage all to yourself. You have your own entrance, a private bathroom, kitchen, living room, bedroom and a private garden. Everything is for your use only – so you don't have to share anything with other guests or with me. This way, you can enjoy your stay in peace, with all the privacy and comfort of your own place. Other things to note I will let you know the code of the key safe the day before arrival so you can enter yourself.
