High-quality apartment with sauna and fireplace

This beautiful, large apartment in the Ore Mountains with a balcony, sauna and fireplace. There are two bedrooms. On ground floor there is a large double bed 2x2m plus a travel baby bed possible, on the top floor a double bed and two single beds. A paradise for hiking, cycling and skiing enthusiasts all year round. Located directly on the trail along the German-Czech border, not far from the famous sauna gardens. Fantastic ski and hiking trails as well as three ski lifts in the vicinity. The space The apartment is fully equipped and extends over two levels. There is a large double bed 2x2m on the lower level. A baby travel cot can be placed here. The second bedroom with a double bed and two single beds is in the attic. DANGER! This bedroom is UNSUITABLE for small children! It is only suitable for adults and children aged approx. 6 years and over who can safely climb SPACE-SAVING STAIRS. A fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. It has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove with oven and a dishwasher. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower and a sauna with a sonarium. A dining table with 6 chairs is integrated into the living room. A children's high chair is also available. The living room has a fireplace, the apartment is otherwise warmed by central heating. On the large balcony there is a lounger and two chairs for relaxing as well as a dining table with four chairs. The use of a charcoal grill is not permitted for safety reasons. We ask friendly for wearing slippers in the apartment during your stay. If necessary, the adjoining apartment can be rented for another three guests at the same time. Guest access It is an open maisonette apartment with a living room, open kitchen, a separate bedroom, bathroom and sauna on the lower level and an open bedroom with four beds on the upper floor. For your friends, you can book another apartment for up to three people on the same floor.
