I rent my entire Main House 20 minutes from Bordeaux. It has a large living room/equipped kitchen 3 bedrooms (3 double beds and a sofa bed capacity 6 /8 people (6 adults and 2 children). A bathroom with wc. 6x3 swimming pool. Petanque court. Parties or events not allowed.(house at the end of a cul-de-sac) Close to St Emilion /20 minutes Bordeaux There are no more cats in the unit this year. 45 min from the beaches Possibility of monthly rental. The space The house is 100 m2 with a bright living room, open to the garden and pool, a kitchen that is fully equipped. Three bedrooms with 3 double beds, so a large one with a sofa bed in addition to the possibility of sleeping for children because the mattress is quite thin. A bathroom with toilet. As a house that I live in year-round, it is fully equipped. Guest access You have access to the entire House. Indoor parking for 4 cars Other things to note Quiet neighborhood, no parties or noise will be allowed. There are no cleaning fees to ensure an affordable nightly rate.
