Great for singles, families, short or long term stay. ***The top and bottom floor of the duplex unit make up 1500 sq foot, plenty of space for a group of 6-7 people! *** Sleeping Arrangements: The bedrooms contain, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, with a pull out black futon located in the basement We want everyone to feel as comfortable as they would at home. To help do our part, we provide all basic amenities in addition to the following: -Professional cleaning and disinfection -Laundry and Dish washing detergent -Free WiFi -Work space -Amazon Fire Stick TV/Roku Stick access to various streaming options -The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc. -Purified water -Pack n play crib/play pen, high chair, baby/toddler bath seat/support available upon request -Early luggage drop off if schedule allows. -Early check in, late check out available if schedule allows. ***PLEASE NOTE*** This is the duplex unit on the bottom of the two-plex building. When you book, there might be a guest staying at the same time in the upstairs apartment. You will hear some noise but have recently implemented quiet hours. We ask that both parties are respectful of each other. Quiet hours are: Monday- Thursday 9 PM- 7 AM Friday-Sunday 10 PM- 7 AM **We now ACCEPT PETS! Must be under 50 pounds for an extra fee of $75*** Our home is beautiful. located in a very convenient location, and we really want everyone to enjoy it!
