Only 15 mins walk from 3 local pubs The space 6 person hot tub situated in private courtyard, pool towels provided - additional price is £100 per booking to cover the costs of heating, water, chemicals and laundry. Dining table seats upto 10. All crockery, cutelry and glassware provided 2 kitchenettes, fully equipped for basic catering. The fan oven has a grill and the mircowaves are also convection oven/grills. There are 2 x 2 ring hobs, 2 toasters, 2 kettles, and 2 small fridge/freezers as well as cooking utensils, pots, pans and glasses. Tea towels and basic cleaning materials are provided. The lounges provide Wireless wifi & 2 x TV/DVD combos. Each bedroom is exactly the same size and has a comfortable double bed, childs z bed, hanging and shelf space as well as a dressing table/desk with light and mirror, bedside tables, 2 chairs and a full length mirror. Each bathroom has toilet sink and shower. Bedding, towels, toilet paper and hand soap are provided . Guest access Exclusive use of the Old Dairy and the adjoining courtyard. Supervised access to the Farm and the animals is available by appointment. Other things to note A parking area for 3 cars is provided within the private courtyard next to the building. Further parking may be made available by prior agreement. Please note - one well behaved dog may be accomodated if agreed in advance and subject to restrictions as discussed in advance with the host..
