Adjustable king bed,heated towel racks,luxury amenities,gas fireplace,central air, state of the art kitchen with everything you will ever need. 2 dining areas, double electric recliner, smart t.v.s, cotton sheets and towels, and laundry room. This house is immaculate and luxurious.Doorways are ADA compliant Guest access Farm and pond are shared spaces with another airbnb on property. This space has its own private outdoor seating area, fenced in yard firepit, BBQ. Entrance through wrought Iron gate. Do not enter animal enclosures without host. Horse fence is electric so please be aware. Help yourself to cornhole, kayak, canoe,paddleboat kayak and firepit. Multiple hammocks available to relax by the pond. Hiking trail behind house. Treats for animals to be given in moderation. Goats and emu like grapes and cinnamon raisin bagels. Horse, goat and chicken treats available in barn. PLEASE DO NOT LET CHILDREN CHASE CHICKENS OR OTHER ANIMALS.If you want assistance feeding horses please ask host. Pick your own veggies when in season. Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds.
