Beautiful viewpoint (Monte de São Domingos - Raiva) about 500 meters above sea level - 3 min drive from the house. Passadiços do Paiva and Bridge 516 about 35 min drive from the house. The space Upper floor of an old house completely renovated in 2021. Approximately 66 m2 of surface area. Both bedrooms are equipped with a 140 cm double bed each. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people if needed. The bedrooms are each located at opposite ends of the house, giving them good privacy. The access road to the house is quite steep and unsuitable for people with limited mobility. Guest access You will have access to the entire upper floor of the house, which is completely independent of the lower floor. It consists of an entrance hall, equipped kitchen open to the living room, bathroom/toilet, 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces (one on each side of the upper floor of the house). To the left of the front door is the laundry room, the only part of the house shared by the 2 floors. Other things to note To get to the house you have to park the car on the main street "Rua do Pereiro" and walk up a small steep path about 60 meters long. The neighborhood is really very quiet, you don't risk much by leaving the car parked on the side of the street.
