Stay at this 1500 sq/ft year round lake house, with a 10 minute walk to the famous board walk of Grand Beach. One block away from a scenic waterfront stroll along the lake. Sleeping accommodations for eight guests. Fully equipped, just bring your clothes and food and beach towels! Brand new to the market, comes equipped with all new furnishings, kitchen contents beds and bedding. This lake house is accessible for many throughout the entire 1st floor. (2nd floor is alternate bedroom) The space The dining room table located in the sun room has room for six and an additional four at the adjacent kitchen island. Also located in the sun room a pull out full Queen bed. Large kitchen with plenty of room for more than one cook! Dishwasher with pods provided, coffee maker and coffee provided, 12 cup, K-cup and single brew options. Bathroom is newly renovated in 2024 with a tub, shower and washer and dryer with pods provided. Brand new furnishings, 50 inch TV, DVD player and 100+ movies provided and Wifi with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Crave. Family sized sectional in the living room to accommodate all your game or movie nights. Living room also has a beautiful wood stove. Second floor has a king-sized bed and two twin XL beds. The second floor is a loft style open stairway. The other bedroom is on the main floor with a queen sized bed. Dedicated workspace with basic office supplies and charging station. Parking accommodates four vehicles and more on the street if needed. Non-smoking/vaping indoors, two decks, dogs allowed with an additional fee. No cats allowed. Keyless entry access. Guest access As our guest you have access to the entire cabin. There are two locked cabinets located in the hallway and kitchen and contain only items for cleaning and maintenance. An insulated garage is located on the property and locked at all times and available to sledders upon request . Blow up SUP available upon request. Other things to note In case you forget we have a bicycle pump, extra bike locks and beach toys ! Pickleball paddles, balls and net are in the closet and can be used at the tennis/basketball/pickleball court area near the beach access. Child locks on cabinets with additional cleaning supplies. Not Suitable for Parties such as bachelor/bachelorettes due to family oriented area. Towels to wipe dog paws at the door as well as 2 dishes supplied. Property is not fenced in for dogs and children. Dogs need to be on leash at all times. There are several suitable dog beaches in the area. Note any damage caused by your dog is your responsibility. Please take your garbage and recycling with you. You may drop it at the Grand Marais Land Transfer Station for a small fee/bag. Recycling is free. One bath towel, hand towel and face cloth is given to each guest for the week. Pods are supplied for doing 3 loads of laundry. Bring your own beach towels. BBQ includes a propane tank. Make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities our lakehouse has available to you.
