Watch the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises from you own private backyard. If you book when any one of the many fruit trees are in season you are welcome to enjoy their harvest. Night time the yard lights up and the sky comes alive with an astronomers delight. The space RESORT Sky Valley Resort is the deserts best kept secret. It is a quiet and serene community of vacationers and permanent residents. HOME This 2 bedroom home is bright and clean with lots of windows and a sun room to enjoy views of the desert and the San Jacinto Mountains. There is a TV with cable in the main area as well as the primary bedroom. The unit has its own wifi, washer and dryer, and a new air conditioning unit. The kitchen is stocked with most things you might need including a blender, coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods, a kettle, a toaster, a Britta water filter, basic spices, and oil. The Primary Bedroom has lots of storage, a TV, and a double bed. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, its own half bathroom, and access to the Sunroom with a great view of the backyard and the desert mountains. One full bathroom with a tub/shower and one half bathroom with laundry for your use. The Backyard has a BBQ, incredible expansive views, a beautiful mosaic patio dining set, and fruit trees which you can help yourself to, perfect for a drink and appies as you relax and enjoy the desert views during the day or cozy up under the night sky with a pair of binoculars and some outdoor blankets. They will identify as Resort Rangers and are happy to assist you with any questions you might have. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND LOCATION Nestled peacefully away from it all but not too far. A 30 minute drive to Palm Springs, 1 hour to Joshua Tree National Park, just 20 minutes to Costco and the closest grocery store is 15 minutes. Guest access Sky Valley Resort is a secure gated community. You will be provided with a gate code upon arrival. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The resort is walkable and bike friendly, just 10 minutes from end to end. Golf carts are available for guest rental from September to May if you would like to use them to get around the resort. Other things to note This is a quiet and serene community of vacationers and permanent residents in the beautiful Sky Valley Resort. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet.
