A clean and green environment, your perfect getaway from city crowd within the city. The space WHAT TO EXPECT WITHIN THE UNIT G & J HOME can sleep up to 4 guest. There are two bedrooms - first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 1 bunk bed with pull-out bed. There is a mini kitchen and living room equipped with basic neccessities, and an adequately sized bathroom (toilet & bath) with free toiletries. Our place is designed to recreate a sanctuary for travelers and vacationers. Overall mood of the space is fresh & stylish with soft finishes, airy and with tranquility vibe. It’s fully furnished with quality basic and modern add-ons of a tranquil and functional home. Guest access Whether on holidays or doing business, wonderful luxurious amenities are at your disposal. There is a pool and a gym, a basketball court, and a lovely club house to unwind in. Using pool there will be charge of 200 pesos for adult and 100 pesos for child. Basketball court is subject to a fee and availability. *important to note: Guest driving/bringing car, there will be a parking fee of 300 php per vehicle a night, subject to availability. This residential complex has 24 hr security and the beautifully green landscaped grounds offer plentiful space for outdoor exercise lifestyle. Most importantly, the place gives you a warm and positive vibe that can make you relax and enjoy resort living while staying in Cebu City. Other things to note PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). An authorization letter signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted along with photocopies of the guests’ IDs or passports. Please provide all the necessary documents required at least 24hrs prior to your arrival. These are required by the property for security reasons. Please also note that guests are required to pay a one-time transient fee of 300 php per booking directly to the admin office or you may pass the payment to my staff before checking in. After successfully checking in, you may obtain the door key from my staff. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is at 2pm. Check-out is at 12pm. Please be guided that all guests need to check-in and out at the exact times as the staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guests. Thank you
