Lone point cellars is 5 minutes away and Gamble Sands Golf course is 15 minutes. Columbia river is 5 minutes away for great fishing, room for boat parking and you will have a dedicated parking spot in the garage. Keyless entry, 2 bedroom, sleeps 4. Comfortable and private. Full kitchen, full bathroom and a patio for BBQing! You will enter through the garage and go directly into the first bedroom. This room contains a trundle bed with 2 twin beds that can be made into a king size bed upon request. Either/or, not both. It contains a small desk, rocker/recliner, TV and washer and dryer. There is a door separating this room from the main room and one small step. There is also a glass sliding door to access the patio. Next you will enter the hallway with the bathroom straight a head, 2nd bedroom to the left with a queen size bed, sink and closet, to the right you go into the kitchen with a full size side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven combo and stove top. There is no standard oven or dishwasher. Dishes for 4 and cookware provided as well as a coffee pot, keruig and small french press, toaster and knives. The kitchen has a bar that seats 2, the dinning area has a small table that seats 2-3. The living room contains a sectional couch with a recliner on each end, TV and small electric fireplace. You will enter through the garage with a code on the side of the garage. You make park in the garage or in front of the garage door. There is room for boat parking in the driveway or side yard as you are not blocking other guests. There are 2 sliding glass doors, one off the first bedroom that accesses the patio and the other off of the living room that access the yard. You have full exclusive access to the cottage and garage space. Yard, pool, play equipment, fire pit are all shared space. For parties of more than 2, you can use the bigger patio on the far side of the main house. I live on the property, next to the cottage. I love to meet my guest and am usually around. Rural area, 5 minutes to town. There is one RV spot next to the cottage that I rent out. There are other guest who live on this property as well as myself. There is an RV hook up next to the cottage that is currently rented. The cottage is separate and private as well as the garage space and patio. Yard, pool, play equipment, fire pit are all shared space. There is ample space to park a boat. Please note, bedroom one containers either 2 twin beds OR a king size bed, not both.
