Our apartment is located in Metz-Tessy, close to Annecy Hospital and close to the Annecy Nord highway toll (about 1 km). It is located on the first floor with stairs but there are no neighbors above or below (only next door). It has an area of about 40 square meters. Important: following the renovation of the facade, there are no more shutters, but each window has curtains or blackout blinds (really blackout!). The space The apartment has an equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. And of course, kettle, pots, dishes... There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
