✈️ EAA-ready 3BR retreat near Menominee Park & Lake Winnebago! Conveniently located near the UW Oshkosh campus for EAA shuttle access and just a 10–15 min drive to the EAA grounds. After a day at AirVenture, unwind in the private backyard gazebo with comfortable seating, ambient lighting, fire pit & new 36” Blackstone griddle. Features a king suite, upstairs loft lounge with TV, fireplace & additional pullout bed, basement bar, stocked kitchen, driveway parking & easy self check-in. Other things to note Pet Policy: We welcome well-behaved pets! A $50 per pet fee applies (maximum of 3 pets per stay = $150 cap per stay). Please let us know if you’re bringing a furry friend so we can prepare accordingly. For longer stays, the pet fee is adjusted per pet based on length of stay to account for additional cleaning and wear: • 6–9 nights: $75 per pet • 10–14 nights: $100–$125 per pet • 15+ nights: may be higher depending on stay length Any additional pet fees will be requested through Airbnb after booking. Fire up the new 36-inch Blackstone griddle, offering plenty of cooking space for breakfast, burgers, steaks, stir-fry, and more. Gather around the cozy fire pit after dinner and enjoy the peaceful backyard atmosphere just steps from the home. Whether you’re visiting for EAA, a family getaway, or a weekend with friends, the updated outdoor space is designed for relaxing, dining, and making memories together. Please note: Outdoor amenities, including the gazebo, patio furniture, Blackstone griddle, and fire pit, are seasonal and typically available from May through the end of October, weather permitting. For guest safety and property security, exterior video doorbell cameras are located at the front and rear entrances. These cameras monitor entryways only and do not monitor any interior spaces.
