It has 1 double bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms (one with a guest toilet, one with a shower) and a practical storage room. Tastefully furnished with design details, it is equipped with a 50" 4K Smart TV, Wi-Fi throughout the house, mosquito nets, a shared laundry room with a professional washing machine and dryer, and a covered space for bicycles. Guest access Access to the complex is from Via Rogina, on the north side. After parking, you enter the courtyard through a gate with a video intercom, which leads directly to the independent entrance of the apartment, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
