The apartment of 2.5 premises is in a newly renovated and developed core residential environment around a typical Ticino court, in a quiet area far from traffic. Ideal for a romantic stay, but also for a family holiday, it is located on the ground floor, with an independent entrance, 3 minutes on foot from the bus stop, 5 minutes from the exits of the Rivera motorway . The space 5 minutes from the water park Splash & Spa Tamaro and Monte Tamaro. Located on the ground floor, the accommodation shall consist of entrances with a large wardrobe, dining room and kitchen on sight, area living, host toilet service, closet, shower toilet service and matchroom. The living area provides access to the fascinating external court with an exclusive terraced area, which was used for agricultural activity. - 2 beds in the wedlock and 2 sofa-bed in living; - the living area and the bedroom are now separated by a sliding door; - 2 toilets: the first with toilet, sink and mirror service, the second has a shower, sink with container cabinet, mirror with light and hair dryers. Soft towels are supplied; - the kitchen is complete with everything, 4 vitroceramic plates, filter coats, spacious refrigerator and freezer, dishwashers, toasters, water boiler, coffee machine and, of course, set raclette+fondue, a complete set of pots, pans, dishes and posatter; - the day zone, which is very welcoming, has a large window on the internal court with an exclusive terrace area equipped with table, chairs and umbrella; has a stunning Samsung 50\" 4K Smart TV that will allow you to see Netflix and Prime Video as well with your account, two-to-three-seat sofa, dining table, closets and loops available to guests; - room with a double bed and large cabinet; - mosquito nets in the living area and in the bedroom; - Wi-Fi connection throughout the house; - a common laundry is also available at the full ground floor of professional washing machine and dryer; -bicycles can be safely parked inside the residence under cover in the bicycle-box Guest access Access to the housing complex is on the north side, via Rogina. After parking the car, the wall of the car passes through a gates equipped with a video camera to enter the court space, leading to the independent entrance of the apartment. The guests will have access to all accommodation, except for a few lockers placed in the storeroom with exclusive access to staff (with cleaning materials or laundry changes) Other things to note NEW - available Wallbox for charging electric cars (CHF 0.60/kw).
