Only 5 minutes from a number of beaches & Woolgoolga’s town centre, our much loved home will give you a rural, spacious feel, in a modern, family-friendly setting. Balawunga is a family holiday dream space, with all the extras, so come & enjoy what this beautiful area & our home has to offer. The space Our single level home has 3 outdoor, covered entertaining areas, with a bbq, dining table, lounges and hammock, perfect for enjoying the peaceful vibe. There are 4 generous bedrooms, all with built-ins: 1 x king bed and double en-suite 1 x double bed 1 x double bed 1 x 2 single beds The kitchen is an entertainer’s delight, with a butler’s pantry, island bench and large double oven. We have 2 big lounge rooms, both with TVs accessing Netflix, Disney plus, Stan & Stan Sport, Amazon Prime & Telstra TV - Box Office movies, perfect for splitting up the adults and kids for the times when everyone needs their own space. Speaking of kids, we have a big enclosed trampoline, slide and baby swing in the front yard; and a mini soccer pitch with goals and cricket strip out the back on our all-weather Astro turf, right next to the table tennis table for the bigger kids. Bedding, towels and toiletries are included, as well as anything you need in the laundry - which boasts both a washer and dryer.
