La Casita is an intimate independent guesthouse with sea views, designed for calm, simplicity and slow Mediterranean living. The space Abrazzo is a small boutique retreat with only a few independent units on a 25,000 m² estate. The pool, gardens and wellness areas are shared with very few guests in a calm, respectful atmosphere. Thanks to the spacious layout, natural height differences and thoughtful design, each unit maintains strong privacy and freedom. Our small scale is a conscious choice: space, silence and personal experience come before crowds and mass tourism. La Casita is our most compact retreat, ideal for guests who value simplicity and intimacy. Guest access Guests are welcome to move freely around the estate, with the exception of the private area of the main house. From La Casita you step directly onto the grounds and naturally wander past the pool, Bali bed, Tiki bar, pétanque court, wood-fired hot tub, sauna, vegetable garden and our chickens. We live on the estate with 3 dogs and 3 cats roaming freely, plus 11 chickens in their own area. It's important that guests feel comfortable with animals in a natural environment. The pool is usually closed between November and the end of April, depending on the weather. During this period the wood-fired hot tub and sauna remain available for a small contribution covering wood, bathrobes and maintenance. Other things to note We're Klaas & Jenny, a Dutch couple who settled in Spain a decade ago after years of living and working across Europe and Asia. We fell in love with the Mediterranean and chose to slow down here, creating Abrazzo as a place where simplicity, nature, good food and wine come together. The estate is located between Sant Vicenç de Montalt and Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, in a private and quiet area accessible only via a short unpaved forest road (about 500 meters). This natural access protects the calm and exclusivity of the place. A car is recommended. Golf can be enjoyed year-round thanks to the Mediterranean climate. Catalunya offers over 50 golf courses, with three just minutes away and many others, including PGA Catalunya Golf & Wellness, within a 45-minute drive. The Costa Brava begins only 35 km away, known for its wild coastline, hidden coves and turquoise waters. We're always happy to share our personal recommendations for day trips focused on culture, nature and gastronomy. Because we want to preserve the calm, natural rhythm of this place, no parties or excessive noise are allowed. We prefer guests over 30 who enjoy being in nature and value silence and simplicity. The maximum occupancy is strictly 2 guests, and all facilities are exclusively for registered guests only. As we are located in a protected natural area, open fires are not permitted.
