The 120sq.m. house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It is located 200m from the beach of N. Anchialos. There you will find cafes, restaurants and the famous tsipouradiko of Volos where you will taste fine traditional appetizers. It is an ideal solution for 5-7 people. The space The apartment is located on the lower floor of the house. In both bedrooms there is a brand new double bed and mattress, wardrobe, fan, TV and a small balcony. In the living room there is a large TV (smart tv), a corner sofa that can sleep one person, a comfortable armchair and a dining room. In the same area as the living room, there is the kitchen, which is fully organized and functional. It has all the necessary items such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils, cooking utensils, electric stove, large fridge freezer, as well as smaller appliances such as toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. In the bathroom there is a new washing machine and a bathtub. The space has air-conditioning in each room and in the living room for cooling and heating, natural gas (plenty of hot water) and solar water heaters. Parking available for 3-4 cars. Guest access All guests have access to the garden, parking lot and shared entrance. Other things to note We are willing, to the extent that this is possible, to satisfy any of your wishes to make this stay unforgettable and create the most pleasant holiday memories. Mattresses and sofas are cleaned with both the steam cleaner and a special vacuum cleaner for germs and mites.
