Sandals Cottage; a few paces from the beach

Sandals cottage built 1800’s, is located in the sought after Downalong area. 20 paces from Harbour beach and Fore streets with lots of beautiful independent shops and restaurants to enjoy. We are central for all 5 St Ives beaches including a year round dog friendly Lovingly refurbished, with touches from local artists and boutiques yet offering the comforts from home with a well equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. Perfect for families and couples we'd love to welcome you The space Downstairs we have a cosy lounge with reading light games for the family and smart tv. Our kitchen is well equipped for eating at home with a dining table and bench seating. Upstairs we offer a double bedroom, and a single room with two beds. A newly refurbished bathroom with slim fitting 800mm shower. Wifi is available throughout although if you know St Ives you'll know that it can be temperamental in storms. Outside we have a small space available to dry wetsuits and leave beach equipment - not enclosed Guest access You will have use of the entire house. There is one step up from the street and another into the cottage Other things to note Where a 5th guest is booked an additional bed and bedding will be provided for use downstairs We are cosy and our shower is smaller than usual at 800 mm As we are in the heart of St Ives there are no hills to climb at the end of the day!! We are perfectly located for all 5 beaches We have a reserved space at The Rugby club which you are very welcome to use free of charge. A shuttle bus is available into town with the stop being a 2 minute walk from Sandals cottage. Full parking space details will be provided with check in instructions
