Enjoy your stay in the middle of the beautiful 13th district of Graz in a quiet and centrally located accommodation near the sights of Eggenberg Castle. Direct connection to public transport in just a few meters for a perfect sightseeing tour of the beautiful city center of Graz. The apartment is technically up to date (air conditioning, smart home, electric blinds) We are very happy to respond to the wishes of our guests in order to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The space Our 45.7 sqm apartment with modern smart home features and air conditioning offers more space and privacy than a typical hotel room – perfect for a relaxed stay in Graz. You’ll enjoy an independent and comfortable experience with all the amenities you’re used to from home. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a large double bed (180×200 cm), a dining area that can also be used as a workspace, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and window. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, accessible via the staircase. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) without an elevator, so stairs are required. Other things to note We provide one hand towel and one bath towel per guest per stay. The beds are freshly made according to the number of registered guests, and bed linen is included in the nightly rate. Guests who require additional laundry items (e.g. extra towels or blankets) are kindly asked to bring their own – our accommodation is intended as a simple, self-catering home-away-from-home. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area; however, there may occasionally be everyday neighbourhood sounds such as children playing or light street traffic. The apartment is situated on the upper floor and requires climbing stairs. There is no air-conditioning – please keep this in mind during the summer months. A balcony with seating is available for smoking guests; smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We do not have luggage-storage facilities in the building. Our accommodation is intended exclusively for short-term tourist stays – registration with a residence certificate (Meldezettel) is not possible.
