Its wonderful view and the large equipped terrace make it perfect for a stay of total relaxation, in a small and quiet complex of terraced villas on the hill. The apartment is also fully equipped to accommodate children of all ages. The sea is easily accessible on foot in ten minutes, with an almost exclusively pedestrian path. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a complex of terraced houses and consists of two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, and a bathroom, for a total of 55 square meters. The house also has a beautiful terrace of 35 square meters, which in summer becomes the main living space. The roofing curtains make it shady during the day and sheltered from humidity in the evening, it is equipped for eating, relaxing on the comfortable deck chairs and equipped with a very comfortable shower. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed while the second room is equipped with a queen size loft bed and a queen size sofa bed. The house is usually used all year round, equipped with air conditioners - heat pumps and everything you would usually find in your home. The elevated position ensures a pleasant coolness for much of the summer, and only on really hot days is it necessary to use the air conditioner to enjoy a perfect temperature in the house.
