Take a vacation in a beautifully renovated 120-year-old stone house. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter property borders a fairytale forest on 3 sides. The house is centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from the Velden West highway exit and Lake Wörthersee. In the garden there is a garden bungalow that can also be used. In the house, there are 2 residential units, each of which has a parking space. The space Top 1: The house has 65 cm thick stone walls and consists of 2 completely separate residential units and there were originally 2 houses. You enter the house at ground level and go from the anteroom into the charming living room as well as into the fully equipped kitchen and from there into the bathroom. In the living room there is a Blu-ray player and TV. Currently no TV reception is possible but only watching DVDs and Blu-rays is possible. Upstairs there is another anteroom with a small workplace and an idyllic view of the garden. From there you can reach the bedroom with a large double bed and 2 other small bedrooms. Guest access Depending on the booking, you will have access to one, two or 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room and bathroom for your own use. Top 1 has 1 parking space available, the second belongs to the second residential unit Top 2. Therefore, please always park on the side and not in the middle so that another vehicle can be accommodated. Parking right in front of the house (garden gate) is expressly not permitted and we kindly ask you to take this into account. Other things to note The house is offered as a summer house without heating and at the beginning of May and the end of September it can sometimes be cool in the house.
