My house located in the heart of North Finistère will charm you. It is ideally located 2 km from the city center of Landerneau and the inhabited bridge and close to amenities (bus stops, shops, cinema, playground, swimming pool) as well as the banks of the Elorn and hiking trails. Whether for a getaway in the Cité de la Lune or for a business trip, you will enjoy the garden and terrace overlooking the Elorn and the recently renovated kitchen. Other things to note The accommodation is smoke-free. In addition, no pets are allowed during your stay. No parties or noise allowed. Cleaning must be done before checkout. If you'd like, I offer an optional cleaning fee charged at €70. A welcome gift will be offered from a 7-night booking. Tourism: The proximity of the city center will allow you to shop or stroll along the banks. 1 km from the house is the cinema, supermarket and fast food restaurants. Landerneau is located at the gates of the Brest metropolis and is ideally placed to travel around Finistère. Beautiful walks await you on the coast: the Bay of Morlaix, Roscoff, Kerlouan (Meneham), the Abers, Le Conquet, Ouessant, the lighthouse of Minou, Plougastel-Daoulas, the peninsula of Crozon,...) There are also beautiful hiking trails in the Monts d'Arrée (parish enclosures, Huelgoat, Saint Michel de Brasparts, Lac du Drennec, etc.).
